Product Data: Details about the products listed in your store required for the app’s operations.
Order Data: Information about orders placed in your store to enable app features.

By selecting “Install” and installing the application, the User shall be deemed to have provided their consent to receive communications, notifications, and other information from the Company through the application or through such other means as may be enabled by the Application. The User acknowledges and agrees that such consent is provided as a condition of using the application. The User further understands that this consent cannot be withdrawn through any option available within the application, and that discontinuation of such communications may only be effected by uninstalling the application from the User’s device.

B. COLLECTION OF AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The use of this Application may result in the collection and processing of your personal data. The term "personal data" under data protection law refers to all information relating to a specific or personally identifiable information (PII). An IP address can also be considered personal data. Business and Store Metadata, including business name, store URL, and industry category, collected via Shopify APIs for personalization, reporting, and store health insights.
Customer Data (if authorized and consented by you at the time of installation), including customer names, email addresses, purchase value, and order history, accessed through Shopify store data for analytics, segmentation, and store performance insights.
Information contained in communications sent to us, including emails, chat logs, and support requests, along with associated metadata.
Information that you enter while using the services on our application.
Information that is generated while using our application, including when, how often, and under what circumstances you use it.
Information relating to services you use, which may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card details, and your store details obtained through Shopify APIs as mentioned above.
We do not collect government-issued identity credentials, financial account passwords, or Shopify administrator passwords. Payment card data, where applicable, is processed exclusively by Shopify or authorized payment service providers and is not stored by us.
Information contained in any communications that you send to us by email or through our application, including communication content, metadata, and hashed data.
Our application also provides a referral option and may collect referral email IDs, phone numbers, etc. However, the user entering such personal information on behalf of the referral must have obtained proper consent. Any liability arising from the use of such referral data shall be indemnified by you.
If you provide personal information relating to any third party (including your customers), you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required under applicable law for such disclosure and processing. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from unauthorized disclosure of third-party data by you.

Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information in accordance with this policy. In case of any discrepancies and/or issues arising due to such “on behalf” submission, the submitter shall be liable and obligated under the then existing PII and other applicable rules and regulations.

However, in order to install, access, and use the Product within your Shopify store, you will be required to provide and/or authorize access to certain information, including your name, email address, Shopify store domain, Shopify merchant ID, and other account-related details obtained through Shopify OAuth authentication or direct user input (collectively, “Account Information”).

The Product does not require or collect government-issued identification numbers, financial account passwords, or Shopify administrator passwords. Authentication is conducted securely through Shopify’s authorization mechanisms, and we do not independently create or manage store login credentials. Where information is accessed from third-party platforms, including Shopify, pursuant to your explicit authorization at the time of installation, such information shall be used strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable internal data governance procedures, and all relevant statutory safeguards. Such access is limited to data necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and support the functionality of the Product.

D. Processing Personal Information

The company and its partners collect and use your personal information and other information only as follows ("The purpose"):

To enable you to apply for certain services for which you have chosen to apply;

To allow the User to participate in interactive features of our service when User chooses to do so.
To access, retrieve, and process store data (including customer data, product data, order data, business metadata, and subscription metadata) through Shopify APIs strictly as authorized by you at the time of installation, and solely for the operation and functionality of the Product.
To generate analytics, insights, segmentation outputs, scoring models, recommendations, alerts, and other business intelligence outputs based on store data and user inputs, including through automated or AI-based processing.
To manage subscriptions, billing status, plan eligibility, invoicing, and compliance requirements in connection with Shopify Billing APIs.
To monitor system performance, detect unauthorized access, prevent abuse or misuse of the Product, and maintain application’s integrity and security.
To create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data sets for internal research, product improvement, benchmarking, and reporting purposes, provided such data does not identify any individual or specific store.
To provide customer support, onboarding assistance, troubleshooting, training, and technical communications related to your use of the Product.
To comply with applicable data protection, taxation, regulatory, or statutory obligations in jurisdictions where we operate.
To improve and train internal algorithms and machine learning models, provided that such processing is conducted on anonymized or aggregated data and does not identify any individual customer.

The Company may use store-level or usage data in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form to create comparative insights and industry benchmarks. Such analytics will not identify individual customers and will not disclose confidential business information of any specific merchant.

The Company does not sell personal data and does not process personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation and improvement of the Product.

By using the Product, the Merchant acknowledges and agrees that anonymized and aggregated data derived from store metrics may be used for comparative analytics and product development purposes.

E. Merchant Customer Data

The Company processes personal data relating to end customers of the Merchant (“Merchant Customer Data”) solely for the purpose of providing the Product and its associated features to the Merchant. The Merchant represents and warrants that it has collected such Merchant Customer Data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and that it has provided all necessary notices and obtained all required consents for the transfer of such data to the Company for processing.

With respect to Merchant Customer Data, the Merchant acts as the data controller and the Company acts as a data processor, processing such data strictly in accordance with the Merchant’s instructions and applicable law.

The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Merchant Customer Data but does not determine the original purposes or means of collection of such data by the Merchant.

The Merchant remains responsible for its compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in relation to the collection and disclosure of Merchant Customer Data.

F.CONSENT TO OVERRIDE DND

By using the Application and its services, you specifically provide consent to the company to send you transaction, service explicit & service implicit communications which are essential to continue the services like sending OTP for log-in, Status of Application etc., irrespective of your Do Not Disturb Registration with TRAI, DoT and/or any other Appropriate Authority. Similarly, you provide your explicit consent for sending across various communications on your registered email as well as phone number through various communication applications like WhatsApp as may be integrated with portal in future.

G.SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

As a policy we do not disclose any personal information to anyone other than those to our employees, officers, professional advisors', third party contractors, third party service providers as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

X.Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 18.
